Service Agreement

By using Master Auto Solution’s services, customers agree to receive mobile automotive services at their provided location and to provide accurate vehicle information.

Payments

Payments must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

SMS Messaging

SMS communications are for customer care: appointment reminders, service updates, repair approvals, and follow-ups. Customers must opt in voluntarily through our SMS consent form.

Customers may opt out by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.

Liability

Master Auto Solution is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle defects or damages unrelated to our work.
